Kate is a mama of 3, an entrepreneur, is married to her high school sweet heart and is passionate about helping women on their journey of life, towards their empowerment. Because an empowered woman, means an empowered next generation of little ones impacting and changing the world too.

Now more than ever there are more opportunities and choices for women all around the world, but what also comes with these choices, are the pressures and expectations of others. How we should parent, when and if we should have kids, can we do it and have it all, the career, the relationship, the health, the finances? Or does it come at a cost?
